Allie (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) living and working in Indianapolis, Indiana. Allie has a passion for helping others on their journey through life, assisting each person to find their most authentic self and break free from anything holding them back from doing so. In addition

Allie has a passion for helping others on their journey through life, assisting each person to find their most authentic self and break free from anything holding them back from doing so. In addition to her career as a therapist, Allie finds joy in thrifting, all things cats, crafting, gardening, the outdoors and traveling.
Allie dreamt up this retreat with the goal of connecting with others in an intentional and restorative matter. By bringing together other like minded facilitators, Allie hopes to share several avenues of self care and healing with others. She can't wait to host you for this retreat!
Lani Weissbach has had a rich and varied career as a dance/movement director, teacher, choreographer and performer and has taught yoga and meditation since 1999. As a devoted movement educator since 1993, Lani has worked in a variety of settings and with a wide range of students, from professional dancers to the elderly. Lani currently
Lani Weissbach has had a rich and varied career as a dance/movement director, teacher, choreographer and performer and has taught yoga and meditation since 1999. As a devoted movement educator since 1993, Lani has worked in a variety of settings and with a wide range of students, from professional dancers to the elderly. Lani currently serves as the Director of Embodied Learning for the Indianapolis Movement Arts Collective and offers somatic dance/movement workshops for numerous organizations throughout the region and nationally. Lani holds an M.F.A. in dance from Arizona State University, is a Master Somatic Movement Educator/Therapist (MSME/T) with the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA) and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance.

Her mission is to inspire individuals to discover joy, serenity, and tranquility through the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness within a warm and inclusive space.

Beyond her dedication to holistic well-being, Stacey seamlessly blends her passion for yoga with her commitment to feline welfare. As a compassionate advocate for cats, she leads kitten yoga classes at Nine Lives Cat Cafe, contributing to the support of Cuddle Me Cat Rescue.
