Lani holds an M.F.A. in dance from Arizona State University, is a Master Somatic Movement Educator/Therapist (MSME/T) with the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA) and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance.
If you are new to this kind of practice, have no fear. Allie and Lani will guide you in showing up as you are. There is no "performative" nature to these offerings. All the magic is in dropping into the process of the offering.
Instructor for the yoga offering will be announced at a later date.
You can expect a very GENTLE yoga flow that is focused on nourishing our mind, body and spirit, rather than an intense exercise based yoga flow.
