Yes! As a response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there are virtual (online) options available for each type of appointment. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform for virtual sessions. I will collaborate with you and use my clinical judgment to assess the suitability of virtual appointments. 

Not at all! You will be invited to use art and creative materials for the purpose of self discovery.  This approach is accessible for and inclusive of all experiences and abilities. No artistic talent or training is necessary.

No. There is no age gap on self-expression through creative mediums. Using art in our sessions will promote self discovery through non-verbal processing. 

Before your first session, you will be asked to complete intake forms to help Allie get to know you and give consent for treatment.  Allie will send you a link to these documents after the free consultation call if determined services are a good fit for your needs. 

Everyone's needs are different. Most clients attend art therapy or counseling weekly, every other week, or once a month. The recommended frequency is determined by your unique goals and needs and will be discussed further in our first session and assessed regularly as we continue to work together. 

I currently accept CareSource and Anthem insurance. I am also a credentialed Lyra Health provider. If needed, I can provide a superbill for you to seek reimbursement from your out of network insurance provider.

Introductory Consultation Meeting (15 mins): FREE  

Individual Therapy Session (50 mins): $120

EMDR therapy (individual session): $120

Art of Self care (5, 60 min art sessions): $350

Sliding scale available based on income. Now accepting CareSource, Lyra and Anthem insurance. 

Payment is due at the time the service is received. Individual therapy services are billed through the electronic health records system, Sessions Health. For Art Workshops, payments are processed when registering for the event. Please contact me if you would prefer to pay with cash

I require 24 hours notice of cancellations or changes to appointments. If appropriate notice is not given, a fee will be charged for the missed appointment that is equal to the cost of session.
