I offer individual counseling sessions, either virtually or in person at my office located on the south side of Indianapolis. Individual sessions can cover topics of depression, anxiety, life transition, self esteem, trauma and more.
No two people are alike, therefore no therapy can be a one size fits all approach. Using a variety of training, modalities and interventions, we will work together to achieve progress in identified treatment goals.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy method that helps process traumatic memories by using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation. It's aimed at reducing the distress associated with past experiences, particularly for those with PTSD, facilitating emotional healing and adaptive coping.
IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed EMDR is a powerful therapeutic approach that combines the principles of IFS therapy with the targeted, transformative techniques of EMDR. IFS emphasizes the understanding and harmony of one's internal parts, while EMDR helps reprocess traumatic experiences. This integrated method aims to address deep-rooted trauma by engaging the internal system's natural healing capacities, promoting lasting healing and resilience.

Needing time to connect with yourself? Join me for individual art sessions to use your creativity to further your connection with yourself. We will use a variety of materials to promote self discovery and self expression.
Note: I am not an art teacher, rather a clinical art psychotherapist. I do have experience with a variety of art materials and mediums. Art sessions may contain an education component if wanting to explore use an unfamiliar material but are not intented to be art classes.

In these sessions, we will explore what self care is, the importance of self-care, how to make time for self-care, and create a self-care plan. Using a variety of art mediums, mindfulness exercises, and interactive activities, you will have the opportunity to nurture and care for yourself and learn to implement self care in your daily life.
